We work hard to ensure the highest quality of our products. If you have any problems with Samperi products, or are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, on the condition that the products come back intact. The claims are accepted within 14 days of receiving the products.

In case something goes completely wrong, we can evaluate a partial or a full refund.
